I Began To Look Like “Precious”…

July 31, 2015 (Friday): Finally after two days, I think all that was to fall out has fallen out. I am over the crying, the feeling sad for myself…. it is the life with cancer.

I understand that most ladies with Cancer will shave their heads once their hair falls out BUT I had decided to take control early on as I mention in previous post. I was not going to allow Cancer to dictate how I presented myself to the world. So I combed the little bit of hair that I had left, so that when I wear a ball cap, it looks as normal as possible. I will keep doing this until there is no hair left and then I will embrace the new look…… Fight every moment, take every win you can no matter the size.
